Our approach
A significant proportion of the remedial work we are called to is repeat work: a patch over chloride-contaminated concrete, a membrane installed over unresolved structural movement, repointing over a corroding lintel. In most cases the original contractor was not incompetent. They were pricing without investigation, in a market that rewards the lowest estimate.
We treat investigation as a separate, chargeable deliverable resulting in a written condition report. The repair scope is developed from those findings: itemised so it can be compared against other quotations, staged so it can be funded across budget cycles, and documented so the quality of concealed work remains verifiable afterwards.
