Safe work method statements
A maintained library of safe work method statements covering high-risk construction work: work at height, demolition and break-out, hazardous dust, plant operation and public interface. Each is reviewed and adapted for the specific project rather than reissued unchanged.
Inspection & test plans
Each scope carries an inspection and test plan with defined hold and witness points covering substrate preparation, reinforcement treatment and membrane detailing. Records are photographed and compiled into the completion report.
Public & occupant protection
Exclusion zones, overhead protection, protected access paths and resident notification protocols for occupied buildings. These are planned within the methodology, priced within the scope and auditable on site.
Crystalline silica
Cutting, grinding or drilling concrete is a crystalline silica process under Part 4.5 of the Victorian OHS Regulations 2017. Where the work is high risk crystalline silica work, a written hazard control statement is prepared before work commences. Controls include on-tool extraction, dust suppression and respiratory protection, with air monitoring where exposure against the 0.05 mg/m³ standard is uncertain and health monitoring where warranted.
Hazardous materials
Buildings of asbestos-era construction are surveyed before any disturbance and the asbestos register is consulted before break-out is planned. Lead-based paint is assessed on pre-1970s facade work and managed accordingly.
Work at height systems
Engineered access per elevation. Fall prevention is managed under Part 3.3 of the Victorian OHS Regulations 2017 and WorkSafe Victoria's compliance code for preventing falls in general construction. Rope access follows IRATA systems and AS/NZS ISO 22846.1 and .2:2020. Elevated work platforms and scaffold are used with certified inspections, and anchor certification records are maintained.

Safety documentation summaries and certificates are provided at contract and are available to clients on request at any time.
