02 — Approach

Titan Remedial Solutions is a remedial building contractor serving Melbourne and Victoria. Every engagement begins with a structured condition investigation and a written report. The repair scope is developed from those findings and documented through delivery, so that the cause is addressed rather than the symptom and the price reflects established extent.

Investigation before price

Scopes are developed from tested evidence rather than assumption, producing prices that hold and defect schedules against which competing quotations can be compared.

Documented delivery

Inspection and test plans, defined hold points, and photographic records of each layer before it is concealed. The completion report provides an auditable record against the original defect schedule.

Occupied-building methodology

Staged access, dust and noise control, and resident and tenant communication protocols, with programmes designed to keep buildings trading and residents in occupation.

Clear commercial terms

Contract terms consistent with the Security of Payment Act (Vic), variations documented and approved before work proceeds, and insurance and registration evidence provided at engagement.

04 — Sectors served

  • Strata & Owners Corporations Committee-ready proposals, evidence prepared to general meeting standard, and works staged around residents, structured around the way owners corporation decisions are made.
  • Commercial Property Remediation for office, retail and mixed-use assets where trading continuity, tenant relations and asset value govern every methodology decision.
  • Industrial Facilities Structural and durability repairs in live industrial environments — programmed around production, engineered for chemical and mechanical exposure.
  • Heritage Buildings Remediation that respects significant fabric — matched materials, reversible interventions where practicable, and documentation that satisfies heritage permit conditions.
  • Government & Infrastructure Durability and structural remediation for public assets — delivered with the compliance systems, reporting and community-interface management that public works require.
  • Builders & Developers Defect rectification and remedial packages delivered as a subcontract partner — aligned to the construction programme, documented for close-out, and diagnosed so the defect does not recur.

06 — Service index

  1. Concrete Repair — Diagnosis and repair of spalling, cracking and reinforcement corrosion, addressing the electrochemical cause rather than the surface symptom.
  2. Water Leaks & Structural Leaking — Locating where water is actually entering before anything is opened up, then stopping it — through slabs, walls, basements, carpark decks and balconies — with the repair matched to the cause.
  3. Carbon Fibre Strengthening — Carbon fibre laminate and wrap strengthening of slabs, beams and columns — adding capacity with millimetres of material and no demolition — constructed to the consulting engineer's design and documented for certification.
  4. Post-Tensioning Works & Tendon Truncation — Works to post-tensioned slabs — locating tendons, truncating and re-anchoring them where new openings are cut, repairing anchorages and stressing pockets, and replacing damaged tendons — carried out to the structural engineer's design and procedure.
  5. Facade Remediation & Restoration — Investigation and repair of facade defects across render, masonry, precast and curtain-wall interfaces, using access strategies that keep buildings occupied and compliant.
  6. Balcony & Balustrade Remediation — Remediation of the highest-frequency strata defect end to end, covering membrane, substrate, slab edge and balustrade compliance in a single scoped package.
  7. Cladding Rectification & Compliance — Combustible cladding replacement and facade compliance works in the post-Cladding-Safety-Victoria landscape — engineered, permitted, and documented for insurers.
  8. Difficult Access & Rope Access — IRATA-standard rope access and engineered access solutions for inspection and repair where scaffold is not the economic option, costed transparently against the alternatives.
  9. Preventative Maintenance Programs — Scheduled inspection and planned intervention, converting unpredictable special levies into a budgeted maintenance line supported by documented condition data.
