How we work with builders and developers
Builders engage remedial contractors for two reasons: warranty-period defect rectification on delivered projects, and specialist remedial packages inside larger jobs. Both depend on programme certainty and on documented close-out.
Defect rectification. Balcony leaks, membrane failures, facade defects and concrete repairs on buildings in the defect liability period or under insurance claims. We diagnose the originating cause, which establishes where responsibility sits when the defect arises from design or from another party’s work, and deliver evidence packs that close items out conclusively with certifiers, insurers and owners corporations.
Remedial packages. Concrete repair, waterproofing and strengthening scopes within refurbishment and adaptive-reuse projects, priced from investigation findings rather than from allowances against unknown conditions, and programmed to the critical path.
Commercial administration. Head-contract flow-downs accepted where reasonable, Security of Payment Act procedures observed on both sides of the contract, and insurance and licensing documentation provided at tender rather than at contract execution.
