How we work in industrial environments
Industrial remediation is governed by two constraints that do not apply elsewhere: exposures are more aggressive (chemical attack, thermal cycling, forklift traffic, washdown regimes), and access windows are determined by production. We plan works to shutdown calendars, execute within compressed windows using pre-staged materials, and specify repair systems for the actual service environment — acid-resistant coatings, high-early-strength mortars where a bay must return to traffic within hours, and joint systems rated for the loads that caused the previous failure.
Site compliance. Inductions, permits to work, isolation procedures and contractor management systems are complied with as a condition of access.
Typical scopes. Warehouse slab and joint rehabilitation, loading dock and hardstand repair, bund and containment lining, tank farm and plant structure concrete repair, corrosion protection of structural steel, crane beam and precast repairs.
